Hey, I'm Veronika
I have my Certificate III and IV in Fitness which I studied in Australia. I have been training over 7 years now and went through different training styles, from crossfit & olympic lifting to powerlifting. I did compete in all of mentioned sports and won Nationals in olympic lifting.
I have started to work as a personal trainer since October 2019. I was working at EMF where I gained my first experience. In March 2020 I changed EMF for Snap Fitness, which is my current workplace.
I have had over 30 1on1 clients with different goals, from losing weight to training for the Air Force. Most of my clients had pretty good results.
The main goal for me is to help you sustain exercise long-term. And the best way to get that is through a powerlifting training. Getting stronger can increase your confidence & motivation at the times when fat loss/gaining muscles might be a bit slower.

Fearless Motion's coaching will help you to start your powerlifting journey with sustainable & individualized approach. Whether you have never been to the gym or already have some experience but haven't achieved your goals.
All you need to do is to attend sessions and follow a training program..
I will help you to get you from a novice lifter to a pro lifter. You won't need to google any other strength routines anymore.
You will exactly know what to do at the gym. You will save time. Your training program will suit perfectly to your needs - you can train 2 days, 3 days or even every day and you will ALWAYS achieve your fitness goals.

LEARNING THE RIGHT EXERCISES & THEIR TECHNIQUE
Let's stop the guesswork here. You are going to get a program with specific exercises to improve the BIG 3 lifts. And you are going to get my supervision to perform them 100% safely and correctly.
FOLLOW A PROGRAM AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK
You are going to have to train at least twice a week to be able to have a successful transition. You can choose how many days you want to train and your program will be customized to your needs!
Follow Fearless Motion's programming, stay consistent, be patient and the results will happen. You are going to get stronger & achieve your dream body shape.
TRANSITION TO POWERLIFTING TRAINING
The goal for every of my client is to fell in love with powerlifting, aim to lift more weight rather than just focusing on your physique and MAINLY - sustain the training long - term.
1x 45 minutes session a week - $69 per session
2x 45 minutes sessions a week - $65 per session
1on1 coaching sessions 1x-3x a week
