Hey, I'm Veronika
I have my Certificate III and IV in Fitness which I studied in Australia. I have been training over 7 years now and went through different training styles, from crossfit & olympic lifting to powerlifting. I did compete in all of mentioned sports and won Nationals in olympic lifting.
I have started to work as a personal trainer since October 2019. I was working at EMF where I gained my first experience. In March 2020 I changed EMF for Snap Fitness, which is my current workplace.
I have had over 30 1on1 clients with different goals, from losing weight to training for the Air Force. Most of my clients had pretty good results.
The main goal for me is to help you sustain exercise long-term. And the best way to get that is through a powerlifting training. Getting stronger can increase your confidence & motivation at the times when fat loss/gaining muscles might be a bit slower.
