  • Does this program only work for introverts with gym membership?
    Quiet Fitness Collective is designed to help people overcome anxiety, overwhelm, and the fear of judgment that often comes with training in a gym. So yes, having access to a gym is important. However, if your main struggle is feeling overwhelmed by routines and staying consistent, and you have a home gym with weight training equipment, you’re welcome to join too! The program focuses on building confidence, strength and better lifestyle habits, whether you train in a gym or at home.
  • I'm worried I won't have enough time in my schedule for Quiet Fitness Collective. What's the time commitment?
    You can commit to as little as 2 days a week, with each workout taking just 30 minutes to 1 hour. It’s all about fitting fitness into your schedule in a way that works for you!
  • What if I don't like QFS, can I cancel anytime?
    Yes, you can cancel anytime, no questions asked. You just need so send a cancelation email to veronika@fearlessm.com.
  • What happens after I buy? When and how will I get access to QFS?
